As a design-led company, we take pride in dressing and showcasing our properties as we believe it plays a crucial role in bringing our vision for the property to life, demonstrating the beauty and functionality of the spaces we create. Being fortunate to be able to fully furnish a number of our properties for our clients, it is also a great opportunity to be able to demonstrate what we can do, capturing all of the intricate details that we spend the time getting right.
We recently completed a photo and video shoot of one of our latest developments in Canford Cliffs, which was styled and dressed by us and we are delighted with the results. The shoot showcased all exterior and interior design elements, highlighting the quality and attention to detail that we put into every aspect of our developments.
With a statement architectural design and beautifully landscaped gardens, together with the feature outdoor pool to the rear, much time was spent capturing the exterior elements of the property and its tranquil setting. The photos and video captured the natural lighting that spills across the property, highlighting its beauty and demonstrates how the tranquil swimming pool provides plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging by the pool, being a perfect spot for a peaceful retreat.
Inside the property, focus was given to principal rooms and key design details, showcasing their style and beauty. The spacious double height entrance hall, accompanied by large floor to ceiling windows, allows natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As you step through the glazed double doors, an open plan living room seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for entertaining or family gatherings. This living space extends effortlessly to the rear garden, via full-width sliding doors and during the summer months, the sliding doors open up to create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The photos and video showcased the designer finishes that we incorporated into this property. From the elegant lighting fixtures to the high-end appliances, every detail was thoughtfully considered throughout the shoot. The bedrooms, which were designed to have a hotel-like feel with feature beds and bespoke vanity compositions were, together with the impressive master suite, with walk-in closet and spa-like ensuite were another key focus during the shoot, ensuring the true beauty of these spaces were captured.
Overall, the photo and video shoot aimed to capture the beauty and elegance of this property, showcasing all the design elements that make it truly special. We are grateful to be able to capture the finished product of one of our luxurious homes to showcase what we can do.
